“In full support of the International Union of Architects (UIA) COP15 Copenhagen Declaration on architecture for a sustainable future, The Africa Union of Architects (AUA) resolved at their Council Meeting in Livingstone, Zambia of 4-5 December 2009, which included a CPD Green Imperative Architecture workshop to establish a continent wide Africa Green Building Council (AGBC).”
